At Mindful Mentors we believe children achieve more successful learning outcomes when adhering to a structured learning programme, which emphasises the benefits of Mindfulness.

Mindful Mentors provide tailored tutoring sessions, which have clear learning objectives and teach children how to maximise their learning potential whilst dealing with the pressures of preparing for exams.

Workshops

At Mindful Mentors we offer a range of individually tailored mindful workshops (ages 5-11) i.e. individual, group, and whole school sessions. Each session focuses on equipping children with the tools to become more mindful and independently live in the present moment. By using techniques such as the Monkey Mind Meditation children are building awareness and resilience to be more alert, pay attention and have a positive attitude towards their living experience.

Mindful Mentors uses a range of activities for children to engage, enliven and enjoy in each session by sharing different breathing techniques, using arts and crafts and body movement.
